Policy update

For orders placed before May 1, 2024, our policy allowed returns and exchanges within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee.
Starting from May 1, 2024, we have extended the return and exchange period to 60 days, and we have eliminated the 15% restocking fee for all orders placed after this date.

Return/Exchange Eligibility

As hair extensions are a hygiene product, we kindly request you to reach out to us first to ensure that your return meets the necessary requirements. We gladly accept refunds and exchanges within 60 days of order receiptFor orders placed after May 1st) Hair extensions must be in good condition and have the gold (silver) threads on the hair extensions intact (cannot be removed or cut) before returning or exchanging the product. If the extension has been used, damaged, or if the gold (silver) threads have been removed or cut, we will decline a refund or exchange.  
Due to the unique nature of hair extensions, we encourage you to contact us via email ( to determine if you meet our return criteria.
If both parties agree to return the goods after negotiation, please send the parcel back to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the return address using the return address provided by us. After this period, we will not be able to process your return request.
Furthermore, if the return process extends beyond the total service period of 60 days but remains within the 14-day negotiated return period, the refund will not be processed.
Please ensure that the return address we provide matches the one on the shipping label before sending the item back. If the parcel is sent to the wrong address, any resulting losses will be the customer's responsibility.
To streamline the return process, please refrain from sending products back independently, as we'll arrange for the nearest warehouse based on your location. Please note that if a product is returned without prior consent, we will not be able to resend the package to the customer. Any resulting losses incurred in this process will be the customer's responsibility.




      If you want to return an item without any quality problem for exchange within 60 days once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number entitled: we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.
      If you encounter a defective product, please send photos of the defect along with a description to our customer service at We are more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly and to your satisfaction.
      Please write down your order number and other important information we give at the form on a note then send them back together.
      All returns must be approved and processed through our official channels, and we appreciate your cooperation in following the proper return procedures. We are here to assist you and find a satisfactory solution.
      For products returned privately, we must charge at least 50% of the order amount. We hope for your understanding and support in this matter.

        Here are the situations that may cause disputes

          Order Cancelling

          We can assist with canceling your order if you reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase.
          1. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension.
          2.When using PayPal as the payment method, it needs 5-7 days for PayPal to complete the settlement. During this time, if the customer wants to the refund, 5% of the order total will be charged as handling fee.

          About Custom Products

          Custom products and [pre-sale] Items are considered Custom products. The handling time is clearly stated on the product description page. If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please reach out to us at within 24 hours to initiate the cancellation process. After 24 hours, we won't be able to cancel the order if the factory has already begun production. Once the product has been shipped, the custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.To ensure the right color choice before purchasing a custom length, we recommend ordering swatches to see the colors in person.

          Promotion Collection

          Special promotional items in the Promotion Collection, such as [US WAREHOUSE] and [BUY 1 GET 1 FREE],are for one-time sale only. Once purchased,they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.If the order includes a product purchased with a free discount code, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the original price of the product.

          About Color

          Product images are taken using the real product, but please be aware that slight color differences may occur due to batch variations, lighting, and display settings. To confirm the color before making a purchase, feel free to contact us. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping fee for color differences.

          Delivery on the way

          1. Parcel seized by customs. It is buyer’s duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .
          2. Status of shipment stagnated for a long time. If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.

          Unsuccessful delivery

          1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused.
          2.If the parcel is sent to a wrong address, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund.

          About Rejecting the Package

          If you receive the product and need to return it, please contact us at We will actively assist you. However, please do not reject the package. When a package is rejected, it will be returned to the sender's address, incurring high shipping and customs fees. The costs resulting from the rejection will be fully borne by the customer who initiated the rejection.


          Out of Stock Policy

          Please be aware that our inventory can change throughout the day, and an item marked as "in stock" when you place your order may actually be out of stock. In such cases, we will promptly contact you by email to notify you about the back order status. The email will also include information on how to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait for the item to be restocked. Most out-of-stock items are back in stock within 1 week, and sometimes even sooner.

          High-risk orders

          Our system automatically detects high-risk orders. If your order is identified as high-risk, we will reach out to you by email within 24 hours. Please promptly respond to the email and provide the requested information. Once we verify that the provided information is correct, we will promptly ship your order to you. However, if we do not receive the necessary information within 7 days, we will automatically cancel the order for you. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in ensuring a smooth and secure order process.

          About Lost Package Policy

          If you've received a parcel delivery notice but haven't actually received the package, please contact us within 7 days.
          If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery , the courier company may not be able to assist further, and any loss incurred will be the responsibility of the individual customer. Your prompt action is crucial in ensuring timely resolution in case of any lost packages.

          Incorrect Item Received

          you receive an item different from what you originally ordered, kindly get in touch with us. Provide your order number, name, address, product details, and the reason for the return. Additionally, let us know whether you're seeking a refund or a replacement. We will guide you on the necessary steps to proceed with the return.

          About defective products

          In the case of hair extensions showing signs of quality-related faults, it's crucial to report the issue to us within 30 days of receiving the item, given that human hair is considered a consumable item during use. To address this, any faulty hair must be returned to us in its entirety for testing and examination. It should reach us within 7 days of the reported issue to prevent further damage. If no fault is found or if the hair has been damaged by the customer, the goods will be returned without refund or replacement. Following our care instructions and using recommended hair products is advised for proper maintenance; refunds will not be granted if our products haven't been cared for adequately. Any refunds or exchanges will be of equivalent value to the received hair products.
